Looking for a Discipline Operations Manager (Model Management)

Under general supervision of the Discipline Operations Manager or Discipline Operations Director, cover the additional responsibilities of the Model Manager department. The following essential functions, requirements, and qualifications are in addition to the base Discipline Operations Manager role.

Key Responsibilities :

Team Leadership and Development :

• Develop and implement training programs for Model Managers

Project Support and Coordination :

Innovation and Research :

Drive efficiency improvements through new processes, technologies, or Revit customization.

Evaluate and recommend new technologies or plugins to enhance model management capabilities.

Lead a team of developers (who are also MEP engineers) in creating Revit plugins through the use of innovative technologies
