Key Responsibilities :

  • Provide expert critical care to patients during air transport, ensuring safety and clinical excellence.
  • Collaborate effectively with flight teams, patients, and external healthcare providers.
  • Maintain compliance with company protocols, safety regulations, and medical standards.
  • Participate in ongoing education and training to uphold the highest care standards.
  • Schedule : Rotational shifts based on operational needs.

    • Requirements :

  • Active RN license to practice in Arizona.
  • Minimum of 3 years of critical care / emergency experience (5 years preferred).
  • Current certifications : BLS, ACLS, PALS, and one of the following : TNATC, TNCC, ITLS, or PHTLS (NRP and instructor certifications preferred).
  • CFRN certification within 24 months of hire.
  • Flight or transport experience preferred.
  • Successful completion of the Medical Group education / orientation program.
  • Effective interpersonal skills to work with team members, patients, and external customers.
  • Weight limit : Must maintain body weight below 235 lbs per flight policy.
  • Basic computer skills for electronic charting and communication.
  • Ability to pass a pre-placement physical exam, functional capacity exam (strength and flexibility assessment, including lifting up to 100 pounds), and drug screening.
