Our Client, a leader in the engineering sector, is actively seeking a full-time Sciences and Healthcare Director to spearhead critical projects in Camden County, NJ. This pivotal role offers a competitive base salary of $125,000-$150,000 per year , complemented by attractive bonuses and profit-sharing potential. DO YOU MEET THESE QUALIFICATIONS?
- Excellent "in-person" communication skills
- Eligible to work in the US without the need for sponsorship
- Professional Engineer (PE) certification
- 15+ years of progressive engineering and managerial experience in the US
- Experience in the management and multi-disciplined team of MEP engineers and designers
- Knowledge of multi-disciplinary engineering, including electrical, mechanical, plumbing, and fire protection
- Proficient with the detailed design for HVAC, plumbing, fire protection, and electrical / IT systems within the healthcare and life sciences fields
- Strong project management skills
- Knowledgeable of local, state, and national code requirements, specifically NFPA and Joint Meeting, FGI, and AHJ
- Experience in load analysis and energy modeling programs such as eQUEST, Trane Trace, ENERGY STAR, and / or Carrier HAP
- Strong knowledge and utilization of AutoCAD and Revit experience.
- Good time management, comfortable with frequent deadlines and transitions
- Excellent financial management skills and business acumen
- Excellent Microsoft Office abilities
- Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English
- Ability to plan and manage projects to achieve client demands and deadlines
- Ability to direct and manage the activities of internal and external resources
- Ability to manage and direct the workflow of others
- Ability to prioritize as well as multitask
- Ability to effectively train and mentor others
- Able to work collaboratively within the company as well as with the client
- Knowledge of the USGBC LEED Rating system and standards is a plus

As our Client's Sciences and Healthcare Director, you will be responsible for :
