About the Role

The Company is in search of an Executive Vice President (EVP) for Nuclear Inspection, Quality, and Testing. The successful candidate will be tasked with leading and expanding this mission-critical business unit, with a focus on full P&L ownership, strategy, operations, and growth initiatives. This senior executive will be responsible for driving operational excellence, revenue growth, and profitability while ensuring compliance with stringent nuclear regulatory standards. The role demands a leader with deep technical expertise in nuclear operations, including outage support, O&M, testing, QA / QC, and inspection services, as well as the capability to manage a large-scale organization. Key responsibilities for the EVP include overseeing all operational, financial, and strategic aspects of the division, driving P&L performance, and developing and implementing strategic growth plans. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in business growth strategy, a strong understanding of nuclear practices and operations, and experience in contract negotiation, resource planning, and proposal development. The role also requires an executive-level presence, the ability to influence C-Suite and Board-level discussions, and a commitment to maintaining a culture of safety, reliability, and quality. A technical undergraduate degree in engineering, nuclear science, or a related field, along with a graduate-level degree, is essential.
