What will you do

A day in the life of a Merchandise Manager Wholesale Mens Footwear at Vans looks a little like this.

Reporting to the Senior Manager of Mens Footwear Merchandising the Wholesale Merchandise Manager owns the Wholesale business for assigned categories across the Americas. This role drives strategic assortment planning partners with internal teams during go-to-market milestones and serves as a regional marketplace expert. Success relies on strong cross-functional collaboration with Wholesale Sales Teams and Accounts Category Merchandising Leads Planning and Marketing teams to ensure the right product reaches the right stores at the right time. What you will do :

• Create marketplace assortment plans that support strategic initiatives and optimize the broader product line for efficiency differentiation and consumer connection.
• Develop and execute assortment strategies for strategic partners to enable regional execution and align with brand and marketing objectives.
• Provide consumer marketplace and business insights to Category Merch Leads to drive growth in the Americas. Support with insightful recaps ranging from future trend to in-season sales reporting.
• Deliver operational excellence through in-season management of Wholesale tools such as B2B and MAP Policy and effectively share new product information.
• Support Category Merch Leads in preparing for and presenting during seasonal Go-to-Market milestones including to external account teams.
• Manage a team to bring to life all functions of Wholesale merchandising for your business. Coach and develop direct reports to strengthen capabilities and drive executional excellence.

Incentive Potential : This position is eligible for additional compensation awards that may include an annual incentive plan sales incentive orcommissionpotential.
