Job Title : Physical Therapist (Outpatient Sports & Orthopedics)

Location : Forney, Texas

Schedule : Full-Time, 40 hrs. / week

Our team is dedicated to providing exceptional, evidence-based care in a collaborative, supportive, and patient-centered environment. This is an excellent opportunity for a Physical Therapist who is passionate about helping athletes and active individuals return to peak performance while advancing their own professional growth under the mentorship of a fellowship-trained specialist.

Key Responsibilities :

• Evaluate and treat patients with sports and orthopedic injuries (ankle, foot, knee, hip, shoulder, spine, etc.) across diverse age groups.
• Deliver high-quality, evidence-based care to athletes, active patients, and general orthopedic populations.
• Manage patient care independently and ensure continuity when supervising providers are unavailable.
• Maintain accurate electronic documentation and billing in compliance with outpatient standards.
• Adapt to a flexible schedule, particularly for evening shifts, to accommodate athletes and school-age patients.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to support patient outcomes and clinic growth.
