job_description.job_card.job_descriptionSupport sales team with key marketing insights, sales trends and category data. Identify and articulate fact based business opportunities internally and externally. Deliver well thought out and constructed business and shopper solutions in various beverage categories. Lead discovery and dissemination of new shopper insights. Build category management capabilities and expertise around merchandising, assortment, pricing and shelving. Generate and analyze weekly, monthly and annual Kroger POS reporting. Work with Nielsen Analyst for syndicated data pulls. Create POS and syndicated ad hoc reporting as needed. Provide post-promotional analysis for Niagara and competitive promotional programs. Analyze marketing metrics to identify cause-effect relationships between promotional actions and financial outcomes. Manage market segmentation, targeting, and positioning exercises. Attend meetings with the Director of Sales for Kroger regularly. Travel to corporate headquarters, other retail accounts and meetings as needed. Create presentation friendly materials. Make strategic brand, pricing, assortment and merchandising recommendations. Ability to share customer insights with sales team. Negotiate contracts with vendors. Identify key strategic partners that will assist in Niagara's growth. Collaborate with sales team and brokers to build semiannual Business Reviews with Kroger. Be the Customer Insights expert sharing knowledge with team. Lead KAB partnership program. Serve as the primary contact to the customer for all shopper marketing related activities. Develop customer-specific insights-based shopper solutions. Work cross functional with partners to implement customer specific plans. Has a deep understanding of how shoppers behave in different channels. Active shopper insights to grow Niagara sales. Develop strong relationships with customers. Deliver Shopper programs that drive category growth. Ensure that all shopper activity is in line with current brand positioning. Work with Brand Manager to build the annual calendar of shopper activations. Work with the Customer Insights to target and persuade the right Niagara shoppers. Build marketing plans based on consumer / shopper insights and category insights. Manage the shopper marketing budget and shopper agency deliverables. Bring external thought to the team about best practices in shopper marketing. Support development of plans to win in digital with the retailers. Manage and optimize digital and in-store offers and campaigns. Execute digital test and learns. Minimum Qualifications : 4 Years Experience in Field or similar manufacturing environment. 4 Years Experience in Position. 0 Years Experience managing people / projects. experience may include a combination of work experience and education.
