Site Manager
The Site Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily implementation of enrichment activities, planning the educational curriculum, and aligning daily lessons with the day-school curriculum. This role involves monitoring effective learning experiences, fostering relationships within the school community, managing student data, and ensuring accurate reporting. The Site Manager will lead a team, ensuring smooth operations and maintaining a positive learning environment.
Essential Duties And Responsibilities
Support in hiring, training, and motivating staff to maintain a high-performance team.
Oversee daily operations and ensure staff adhere to company policies and procedures.Coordinate employee schedules to ensure adequate coverage and operational efficiency.Lead large group discussions to address questions and remedy complaints.Program Planning And CoordinationPlan and coordinate program activities, ensuring alignment with the day-school curriculum.
Develop and implement daily lessons and enrichment activities.Foster relationships with school community members to enhance student learning opportunities.Data ManagementCollect, upload, and organize student data in the reporting system.
Ensure all data is accurate and properly organized.Analyze data and present findings to management for continuous improvement.Communication And Team BuildingCreate and nurture effective communication within the organization.
Build a strong team through open communication and collaborative decision-making.Address and resolve parent and staff questions or concerns with a pleasant and accommodating demeanor.Operational OversightEnsure the proper use of supplies and technology, including overseeing inventory checks.
Keep up-to-date records and logs in all internal and external portals.Record data points for all internal and external portals accurately.Behavioral SupportCoordinate behavior intervention and support for students.
Implement strategies to support positive student behavior and address issues as they arise.Additional Responsibilities
