Position Profile

This role assists the Admission Leadership Team with ensuring efficient administrative operations. This position supervises designated support services staff.

Responsibilities

  • Leads and supports the AC Team Assistants with administration operations.
  • Establishes and maintains department processes, procedures, and performance standards.
  • Provides staff with guidance, clarification, or updates regarding general and department specific policies and procedures.
  • Actively helps with scheduling for field staff.
  • Fosters and maintains optimal team functioning among support staff.
  • Facilitates regular support staff meetings.
  • Collaborates with all other departments as needed to develop or define procedures.
  • Acts as resource for information, communication and problem-solving to ensure excellent delivery of services.
  • Partners with Admission Leadership by participating in leadership meetings, department initiatives, and goal setting.
  • Supports Admission Leadership with administrative assistance tasks as needed.
  • Collaborates to ensure alignment with department priorities and operational goals.
  • Provides inspiring leadership.
  • Empowers staff and delegates / shares responsibilities.
  • Maximizes HOV resources.
  • Maintains and enhances professional skills.
  • Adheres to high standards of personal and professional conduct.
  • Minimum Qualifications

  • Minimum two years office management experience.
  • Preferred Qualifications

  • College degree
  • Healthcare or medical office experience
