Position Profile
This role assists the Admission Leadership Team with ensuring efficient administrative operations. This position supervises designated support services staff.
Responsibilities
Leads and supports the AC Team Assistants with administration operations.Establishes and maintains department processes, procedures, and performance standards.Provides staff with guidance, clarification, or updates regarding general and department specific policies and procedures.Actively helps with scheduling for field staff.Fosters and maintains optimal team functioning among support staff.Facilitates regular support staff meetings.Collaborates with all other departments as needed to develop or define procedures.Acts as resource for information, communication and problem-solving to ensure excellent delivery of services.Partners with Admission Leadership by participating in leadership meetings, department initiatives, and goal setting.Supports Admission Leadership with administrative assistance tasks as needed.Collaborates to ensure alignment with department priorities and operational goals.Provides inspiring leadership.Empowers staff and delegates / shares responsibilities.Maximizes HOV resources.Maintains and enhances professional skills.Adheres to high standards of personal and professional conduct.Minimum Qualifications
Minimum two years office management experience.Preferred Qualifications
