About the Role

The Company is seeking a strategic and results-oriented Head of Procurement to take on a leadership role in sourcing, supplier management, and cost optimization within a fast-paced food manufacturing setting. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring supply continuity, driving procurement excellence, and supporting innovation across all categories, from ingredients to packaging. This pivotal position involves the development and execution of category strategies, management of supplier relationships, and cross-functional collaboration to support new product development and commercialization. The Head of Procurement will also lead cost-saving initiatives, optimize procurement systems, and use data-driven insights to guide decision-making. Applicants for the Head of Procurement role at the company should have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, with an MBA or CPM / CPSM preferred, and at least 8 years' of procurement experience, including leadership roles in food manufacturing. The role requires a candidate with strong expertise in category management, cost modeling, and supplier negotiation, as well as proficiency in ERP / MRP systems and procurement analytics tools. Excellent collaboration, project management, and communication skills are essential, along with familiarity with food safety standards and sustainability practices. The ideal candidate will be ready to lead procurement transformation in a high-growth, innovation-driven environment and will be adept at building and implementing sourcing strategies, leading supplier management processes, and driving savings through various procurement initiatives.
