Halifax Health is seeking a Patient Navigator for our Oncology Services Department

Summary

The RN Patient Navigator is responsible for coordinating the care and services, advocate for the patient, and facilitates timely access to quality health and psychosocial care through the cancer care continuum.

Job Qualifications

• RN - State of Florida, or Degree from an accredited school of nursing, or Certified Navigator through National organization, or bachelor degree preferred.
• CEU's related to practice areas recommended.
• Leadership development courses preferred.
• Minimum of 2-5 years experience in Oncology services.
