Job Overview

In this role, you’ll perform residential, commercial, and government HVAC service, installation, and maintenance work across a diverse range of projects. You’ll work both independently and as part of a team to ensure our customers receive top-tier service with professionalism and precision.

Key Responsibilities
Perform HVAC system installations, diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance.
Interpret blueprints, specifications, and work orders to determine work requirements.
Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, and refrigerant issues.
Ensure all work is compliant with safety codes, company standards, and customer expectations.
Document completed work and communicate with dispatch and project managers.
Maintain company vehicles, tools, and safety equipment in clean, working condition.
Participate in on-call rotations, overtime, and occasional weekend work as needed.
Qualifications
Minimum 3 years of HVAC experience in residential and / or commercial service.
High school diploma or GED required.
EPA Universal Certification required.
Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, troubleshooting methods, and equipment.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
Excellent customer service and communication skills.
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
Ability to pass a background check and drug screening in compliance with applicable laws.

Schedule
Full-Time
Monday–Friday
Availability for overtime and weekend work required
Location
Hybrid role with fieldwork required across residential, commercial, and government job sites
