Role Summary

We are seeking a seasoned Full Stack Java Developer to join a high-performing engineering team focused on building enterprise-grade applications that support critical mobility infrastructure. This role is instrumental in delivering high-quality, scalable software that enhances customer experience and operational efficiency.

The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in Java and modern JavaScript frameworks, with a strong background in cloud environments, automation, and agile development. You’ll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to design, build, and deploy robust solutions that align with business goals.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and maintain full stack applications using Java and React.

Collaborate with team members to design scalable, high-performance software solutions.

Automate deployment processes and reduce manual intervention through CI / CD practices.

Participate in code reviews, provide constructive feedback, and mentor junior developers.

Engage in daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives to drive agile delivery.

Build and maintain dashboards, logs, and monitoring tools to ensure system reliability.

Work closely with business stakeholders to understand domain requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

Continuously seek opportunities to improve code quality, performance, and team productivity.

Key Requirements

8+ years of experience in software development with a strong focus on Java and JavaScript (React preferred).

Hands-on experience with AWS cloud services and infrastructure.

Proficiency in database technologies such as Oracle, PostgreSQL, or MongoDB.

Strong understanding of object-oriented design and software architecture patterns.

Experience with CI / CD tools like Jenkins, Bamboo, or similar.

Skilled in test-driven development and automated testing frameworks.

Familiarity with DevOps tools including Docker, Helm, and Terraform.

Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

AWS certification (Associate or Professional) preferred.

Comfortable working in Unix / Linux environments and using Git, Bash, and Gradle.
