Our Quality Control team is responsible for verifying data that has been submitted to zBuyer.com. This position requires you to interact with multiple customers on a daily basis making outbound calls. Telephone verification ensures we are offering a quality service to all members in the zBuyer network. This position does not require experience; we provide extensive training to all team members. We do welcome experienced customer service professionals to apply as well. Requirements Ability to work on-site at our Springfield, MO Office. Highly developed sense of integrity and commitment to customer satisfaction. Ability to communicate clearly and professionally, both verbally and in writing. Strong interpersonal and telephone skills. zBuyer requires employment verification and background checks to be done on all applicants. Additional Information Monday through Friday, 40 hours per week schedule. We offer Quality Control team members one week paid vacation and paid holidays upon one year of employment.
