Provides strategic human resource consulting and ensures effective delivery of services to division executive partners. Acts as primary point of contact for corporate and / or division level partners (e.g. senior executives) and works directly with division partner(s) and consults on strategic business / divisional issues and their human resource implications

Qualifications

Other information :

Bachelors degree required and SPHR certification preferred. Masters degree in business administration human resources management or organization development preferred. 8 to 10 years of experience in consulting and / or human resources demonstrating advanced multi-disciplinary knowledge of human resource management / HR technical expertise. Experience must demonstrate the following skills and abilities : Project management and facilitation skills; planning and organizing skills; including resource coordination; strong team orientation; facilitation skills; strategic business acumen / business orientation; influencing skills / executive presence; relationship building skills / strong partner focus; organization diagnosis design and change management skills (includes diagnostic information gathering); strategic problem solving and flexible innovative problem resolution; strong oral and written communication skills; technology / computer proficiency e.g. Microsoft Office HRIS

Travel required. Ability to work onsite hybrid and flexible hours.
