Job Description

• Mastery in FHIR related standards- FHIR core, Implementation guides, Bulk FHIR)
• Ability to map legacy data to FHIR
• API Architecture : RESTful API design, SMART on FHIR, OAuth2 / OpenID Connect
• Integration Patterns : ETL, event-driven, API gateway, microservices, streaming
• FHIR Server Platforms : HAPI FHIR, Microsoft Azure / GCP FHIR APIs
• Data Storage Design : SQL (PostgreSQL), NoSQL (MongoDB, Elasticsearch), hybrid data models for FHIR
• Cloud Platforms : AWS, Azure, GCP HIPAA-compliant services.
• API Management, Containerization( Docker, Kubernetes for deploying FHIR solutions)
• Ability to develop interoperability roadmaps
• Understands CMS compliance
