Your Role : As our Executive Chef, you will lead our culinary team with creativity, passion, and a commitment to excellence. You will work with the best in the business as we continually innovate and create menu items that inspire first-time guests to become loyal supporters of the Burtons brand. And, you will be supported by a team that is dedicated to your success. Your role will not only involve culinary leadership but also mentorship and development of our kitchen staff, ensuring that our team is constantly growing and improving.

• Proven experience as an Executive Chef in a high-volume, $5mill plus sales per year upscale restaurant.
• A passion for quality food and delivering memorable dining experiences.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
