Product Manager （AIDC)

Understanding the trend in AIDC power supply markets is highly rewarding. In addition, helping customers in North America improve efficiency, save resources gives our work a powerful sense of purpose. The role reports to Product Director and is located in CA, and will serve as Product Manager having full accountability for product, business, and broad company objectives associated with North America.

Responsibilities :

• Conduct forward-looking research and solution design for data center power supply and distribution system architectures, covering medium / low-voltage power distribution, backup power, etc.
• Lead the overall solution design for large-scale data center power supply and distribution, perform cost analysis (TCO / BOM), and support major project bidding and technical clarifications.
• Deeply understand the IDC construction standards and customized requirements of leading internet companies, and design differentiated solutions accordingly.
• Collaborate with product, R&D, and delivery teams to ensure seamless integration of architectural solutions with product realization and project implementation, providing end-to-end technical support.
• Deliver technical training and architecture solution presentations to sales teams, partners, and clients, improving overall solution marketing and customer acceptance.
• Gather and evaluate voice of customer, competitive landscape, product portfolio performance, and other market information to make decisions on product positioning, pricing, promotion, sales channel, and product life cycle.
• Visit and collaborate with customers, sales team, and other global product managers to support growth accounts and initiatives.
