Are you a dedicated psychiatrist looking to make a significant impact in the lives of individuals and families facing psychiatric and substance use disorders? PrairieCare is seeking a compassionate and skilled Psychiatrist to join our dynamic team! Position : Psychiatrist

As a Psychiatrist, you will play a pivotal role in diagnosing and treating individuals with psychiatric disorders, substance use disorders, and medical problems. Your expertise will guide our interdisciplinary team in providing comprehensive care that aligns with our treatment philosophy.

• Lead the interdisciplinary team in supporting PrairieCare’s treatment programs, ensuring a holistic approach to mental health care.
• Deliver high‑quality treatment to adults, adolescents, and children with psychiatric and substance use disorders, as well as families, in accordance with your granted Medical Staff privileges.
• Provide services across hospital, partial hospital, intensive outpatient, outpatient, and residential programs.
• Stay informed about follow‑up resource services available to adults, adolescents, and children to ensure continuity of care.
• Conduct individual and family therapy sessions, fostering a supportive environment for healing and growth.

Qualifications

Pay and Incentives

Pay range : $300,000 to $325,000 depending on education and experience. Signing Bonus & Relocation Allowance offered.

An individual’s pay rate within the posted range is determined by several factors, including skills, experience, education, and market conditions. Additionally, we consider internal equity to ensure fairness within our organization.
