POSITION SUMMARY :
The Payroll Clerk works under the supervision of the Payroll Manager and is responsible for assisting in performing clerical payroll projects, processing requests, time card review and verifications as they relate to payroll.
ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Knowledge of relevant software programs related to the processing of payroll
- Assist in filing and organizing of payroll documentation and related
- Review and auditing of time-keeping data with payroll input
- Assist in the maintenance of files / binders containing payroll reports, quarterly contribution reports, and annual reports

High School Graduate or GEDExperience :
1-2 years Clerical and Payroll- related experienceKnowledge, Skills & Abilities :
Excellent skills using MS Office, Google Docs and Sheets, Timekeeping and Payroll software; PAYCOM is a big plusAbility to maintain confidentiality and exercise extreme discretionGeneral math skillsHigh degree of accuracy and attention to detailExcellent data entry skillsExcellent analytical, problem solving and decision-making skillsEffective verbal, listening and written communication skillsEffective organizational, stress and time management skillsDemonstrates a sense of urgency and ability to meet deadlinesAbility to work independently or as a team memberStrong organizational skills, and the ability to work under pressureJob Type : Full-time
