As a Physical Therapist you will ensure delivery of quality physical therapy services and to provide Case Management for our patients through comprehensive assessments and coordination of agency services.

Our ideal Physical Therapist will assure compliance with current physician's orders, appropriate interventions and reports to the physician, and complete and accurate documentation in the clinical record.
