Employee Benefits Department Manager
Job Summary
Seeking a highly skilled and experienced Employee Benefits Department Manager to lead and oversee the Benefits Department. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in employee benefits personnel management and a proven ability to manage a team effectively. This role requires occasional in-person office visits on a quarterly basis for team meetings.
Compensation Package
- Competitive salary range : $100000$115000 annually
- Exceptional candidates with outstanding qualifications may be considered for higher compensation
- Flexible start date with an immediate need
Responsibilities
Lead and manage the Employee Benefits Department overseeing a team of 1015 direct reportsEnsure the successful servicing of accounts with an average size of 2050 group livesProvide support for servicing needs as requiredDevelop and implement strategies to enhance team performance and client satisfactionMaintain and improve processes within the department to ensure efficiency and effectivenessCollaborate with leadership and other departments to align goals and objectivesQualifications / Requirements
57 years of experience in employee benefits with a focus on fully insured level-funded and self-funded plansProven personnel management experience is strongly preferredProficiency in EPIC software is requiredFamiliarity with EOS (Entrepreneurial Operating System) is a strong plusStrong leadership organizational and communication skillsAbility to work effectively in a remote environment while maintaining team cohesion and productivity#LI-BO1
