Clinical Role :

Seeking an Endocrinologist

Join a well-established practice, seeing patients

Outpatient Only

Outline treatment plans and determine if patients would qualify for Insulin Infusion Therapy

Qualified providers must be willing to learn about Infusion Therapy

Schedule information :

3 days per week preferred (Flexibility on the weekdays)

Option for Monday - Friday if desired

Hours : 8 : 30am - 5pm

No weekends

No after hours call

Average daily census : 25 Patients per day

3 Practice Locations located on hospital campuses (within 12 miles of each other)

Hialeah

North Miami Beach

Hollywood

Work at one location on a given day

No hospital credentialing

EMR : Advanced MD

Spanish speaking preferred

Support Staff in place : Medical Assistant, Front Desk, APRNs
