Shuttle Driver

Job Title

Objective : Provides safe and expedient transportation throughout the casino property to guests and employees; may include service off the Barona Indian Reservation as well; supervision of shuttle drivers

Typical Working Conditions : Works in all types of weather, including high humidity and extreme heat

Essential Functions :

• Always be NICE to fellow staff and players; find every opportunity to offer a friendly smile, wave and greeting.
• Drives 14-passenger bus
• Drives all sizes and types of electrical or gas golf carts
• Communicates department needs to management
• Responsible for the assistance in the fueling of all vehicles

Minimum Qualifications :

Minimum age of 18 years

Valid California Driver's License (Class B) preferred

Clean driving record

Good verbal communication skills

Good guest service skills

Required Education : High School Diploma or GED

Required Experience : Previous transportation or guest service experience helpful
