We are hiring a Service Lead Technician in Deer Park, NY

You will be responsible for investigating, locating and repairing leaks and defects in the following commercial roofing systems EPDM, PVC, TPO, Built-up Roofing and low slope metal. You would manage commercial roofing projects from start to finish and ensure the highest level of craftsmanship. Duties and Responsibilities :

• Roof maintenance and repairs
• Maintain professional interaction with all customers
• Manage commercial roofing systems, includes completing required paperwork, attending meetings as necessary, assist in training of crew members as needed
• Perform work in accordance with job specifications and safety guidelines
• Removal and installation of all types of roof systems including : BUR, Modified Bitumen, TPO, EPDM, PVC and slope (tiles / shingles)
