This role blends strong process documentation skills with creative media abilities, including the use of visuals, photos, or simple videos to enhance clarity. Over time, this position may also support the development and management of media content for company communication channels and social platforms. Key Responsibilities Process Documentation Develop, document, and maintain detailed operational workflows and standard operating procedures (SOPs). Organize information into structured, easy-to-follow playbooks for various departments. Work with department leaders to capture accurate steps, updates, and best practices. Create templates and formatting standards to ensure consistency across all documentation. Media & Visual Support Incorporate visuals, diagrams, photos, and short-form videos to enhance process clarity. Assist in building training materials that improve understanding and adoption of procedures. Support the creation of internal media content, including short tutorials or process walk-throughs. Social Media & Communications (Future Scope) Assist with creating and scheduling social media content for company channels as needed. Support media organization, content calendars, and branding consistency. Capture or edit photos / videos for marketing or internal communication purposes. Qualifications & Skills Strong writing, communication, and organizational skills. High attention to detail with the ability to translate complex processes into simple steps. Creative mindset with an eye for design and visual storytelling. Experience with basic photo / video editing software (e.g., Canva, CapCut, Adobe Express) preferred. Familiarity with social media platforms and content creation is a plus. Ability to collaborate with multiple teams and adapt as the role evolves.
