This role requires a skilled Manufacturing Engineer to develop and implement manufacturing processes for 3D metal parts. The ideal candidate will have experience in translating engineering design requirements into formal manufacturing process documentation, including raw material definition, fixturing / tooling development, CNC programming, inspection planning, finishing requirements, and assembly instructions.
The selected individual will drive process improvements using data analysis, application of best practices, and implementation of innovative solutions to improve process capability and decrease cost. They will also design, control, and improve the manufacturing process through collaboration with a multi-disciplined team.
This position is responsible for performing process development on new product introductions in support of accelerated time to market. Additionally, the candidate will integrate automated solutions for part handling and in-machine work holding, lead continuous improvement initiatives, and document standard methodologies and standard work.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, be capable of working in a dynamic team environment, and have a strong understanding of high-speed machining techniques, CNC machine tool capability, fixture design, and macro programming.

Requirements
