Client Services & Sales Specialist
This role is a critical driver of Lofta’s growth and success. As a Client Services & Sales Specialist, you will serve as a trusted guide for clients who have completed a Home Sleep Test, helping them navigate their therapy options and take the next steps toward better health. You’ll play a key role in both supporting and converting clients—balancing empathy with consultative sales expertise.
In this dynamic position, you’ll manage front-line client communications across multiple platforms, assisting with product inquiries, order statuses, payment questions, and shipping updates. While no prior product knowledge is required, you’ll be expected to become highly knowledgeable about Lofta’s offerings and confidently provide recommendations that align with each client’s needs.
Ideal candidates thrive in a low-pressure, consultative sales environment and are comfortable transitioning seamlessly between customer service and inside sales.
