TalentFish is casting a line for a Senior Project Manager. This is a full-time role based in Wisconsin within a hybrid work environment with our premier client!

The Senior Project Manager will play a key role in overseeing complex, enterprise-level projects across investment management, operations, technology, data management, finance, and HR. This position partners closely with stakeholders and subject matter experts to deliver projects that drive organizational efficiency, innovation, and strong investment outcomes.

What You Bring to the Role (Ideal Experience)

• 5+ years of project management experience within an investment management organization .
• Experience implementing complex projects and modern software / platform solutions in the investment ecosystem.
• Strong communication skills with proven ability to build trust and meaningful relationships at all levels.
• Ability to learn quickly, effectively adapt, and navigate evolving business priorities.
• Solid understanding of investment operations, workflows, and systems across key asset classes.
• Detailed knowledge of multiple investment / security types and their role in portfolio strategies.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and change management skills.

High level of professionalism, accountability, and attention to detail.

What You Will Do

Compensation Information

The expected salary range for this position is $115,000 - $140,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications. This role also qualifies for comprehensive benefits such as health insurance, 401(k), and paid time off. TalentFish is committed to pay transparency and equal opportunity.
