Position Summary

The Product Manager is responsible for the positioning and launch of Systems Gaming products, with a focus on the Elite Bonusing Suite and promotional bonusing modules developed by L&W. This role manages product planning and execution for existing business lines, informed by market research, customer insights, and industry trends.

Key responsibilities include gathering market requirements, executing product roadmaps, developing business cases and product launch plans. The Product Manager ensures timely and coordinated product releases that meet or exceed customer expectations. The Product Manager works closely with cross-functional teamsincluding engineering, marketing, and salesto ensure successful product delivery and adoption.

Essential Job Functions :

• Support product lifecycle planning and management of each product category including the development of product roadmaps, business cases, and product launch plans
• Market mapping and opportunity discovery, work closely with commercial leads to define opportunities within new and existing customers
• Sales enablement support for marketing team, SME for pre-sales
• Works with hardware product management to ensure we are aligned with product forecasting, product road mapping, and product life cycle management
• Review and maintain competitive product analysis
