• Represent the Lifeline program with confidence and compassion during in-person and community outreach events Engage with diverse populations through direct marketing efforts, including canvassing, tabling, and local activations to promote wireless sales Educate potential beneficiaries about Lifeline benefits and eligibility criteria in an approachable and relatable way Master key messaging strategies and adapt your pitch to meet varied communication needs Capture data accurately from outreach interactions and maintain well-organized application records Collaborate with marketing and outreach teams to optimize tactics and refine customer engagement approaches Monitor community feedback and offer insights for improving service accessibility and visibility Actively participate in personal development activities alongside fellow Sales and Community Outreach Representatives - learning the ropes of grassroots marketing and mission-driven sales   Sales And Community Outreach Representative Key Attributes : Natural enthusiasm for social impact and connecting with new people Strong communication skills (both verbal and written) with an ability to simplify complex information Willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced, hands-on environment Basic familiarity with smartphones, tablets, or digital forms Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on accurate documentation and follow-through Self-motivated with a strong sense of initiative and independence Prior role as a Community Outreach Marketing and Sales Trainee or related (preferred) Bonus : bilingual or multilingual abilities, especially helpful when engaging diverse communities   Step into a high-impact role where your results shape your income.
