Job Details

Is your background a fit? Apply if you meet this criteria :

• 3-4+ years of Project Accounting background (ideally within real estate but not required)
• Good understanding of Construction projects (Loan Draws, Job costing, tracking projects, AP / AR, tracking preliminary notices, etc.)
• Yardi software experience is highly sought after (but not required)
• Having exposure to commercial properties is a big plus but not required

Please note : Applicants will be required to work on-site on a full time basis.
