We're seeking a Digital Marketing Specialist who's passionate about growth, experimentation, and continuous learning. Whether your strengths lie in SEO, paid ads, email marketing, or analytics you'll have the freedom and support to expand your skills across all areas of digital marketing.

What You'll Do
- SEO & SEM : Optimize website visibility through on-page and off-page SEO best practices. Manage and refine Google Ads campaigns to attract high-quality leads.
- Local SEO : Execute local SEO initiatives by optimizing Google Business Profiles, updating business details, adding posts and photos, and improving visibility in local search and map results.
- Local Listings Management : Maintain NAP (Name, Address, Phone) consistency across directories, submit new listings, monitor reviews, and ensure business information is accurate and up-to-date across all platforms.
- Campaign Management : Plan, launch, and optimize digital campaigns across paid, organic, and email channels.
- Performance & Analytics : Track KPIs (CTR, CPC, conversion rate, ROI) using tools like Google Analytics, HubSpot, or similar platformsand turn data into action.
- Marketing Automation : Build and maintain email workflows and nurture sequences that drive engagement and conversions.
- Landing Pages & CRO : Collaborate with design and web teams to create and A / B test landing pages for optimal performance.
- Content Strategy Support : Partner with content creators to ensure consistent messaging and brand tone across all campaigns.
- Budget Management : Monitor spend, analyze ROI, and ensure campaigns deliver maximum value.
- Continuous Learning : Stay on top of the latest marketing trends, tools, and competitor activity.
