Floating between Med / Surg units which may include 2G Surgical, 2B General / ENT, 2E Med, and 4G Med / Surg Nuero

Unit descriptions below :

2E Med :

Nurses care for all types of medical patients. Has negative airflow rooms to care for active TB patients. Many IVs, nursing treatments, and medication administration.

2B General / ENT : 24 beds

General surgical / medical unit. Focus on GI, ENT, advanced hernia repair, mostly middle to older adults. Many opportunities for central lines, TPN, trach care, drain care, Ostomy / ileostomy care IVs, PCAs, dressing changes, nursing treatments, meds and post-surgical care.

4G Med / Surg Neuro : 29 beds

Neurology / Neurosurgery unit caring for back / neck surgeries, craniotomies, stroke, seizures, Guillian Barre, myasthenia gravis, neuro disorders, general medical and EEG testing patients. We are a comprehensive stroke center, (Joint Commission certified).
