What You'll Do
Process web orders, create customer accounts, and support order entry across locations
Keep office operations organized-mail, filing, archiving, shredding, supplies, and meeting room prep
Manage basic reception duties (light phone coverage, greeting visitors)
Assist leadership and internal teams with administrative tasks as needed
What You Bring
Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
Ability to juggle multiple priorities with accuracy and professionalism
Solid communication skills and a positive, proactive attitude
Experience with ERP / CRM and Microsoft Office
Prior administrative or office support experience
