Formal training or certification in Project Management. Familiarity with San Francisco Bay Area agencies and relevant State and Federal regulatory bodies. Active participation in professional organizations related to the industry.

- Leading a design team advancing water resources flood control and drainage projects, such as large storm drainage pipelines, culverts, open channels, large trash-capture devices, flood walls, levees, hydraulic structures, appurtenant roadways, etc..
- Field review of project sites to develop designs for new or rehabilitated facilities.
- Preparing and overseeing technical analyses and engineering designs.
- Coordinating with Project owners, resource and permitting agencies, and outside consultants.
- Performing AutoCAD Drafting and GIS Exhibit Development
- Construction coordination / inspection / management / documents review
