Print Specialist Systems Engineer

A company is looking for a Systems Engineer III - Print Specialist. Key Responsibilities Lead technical support and service in the installation, testing, and maintenance of the print infrastructure Coordinate hardware and software testing to ensure stability and performance of print systems Continuously monitor and improve systems and processes while providing guidance to less experienced associates Required Qualifications Bachelor's Degree and 6 years of experience in systems engineering, or High School Diploma / GED and 10 years of experience Preferred education includes a Bachelor's Degree Experience with Windows Operating Systems, printer security configurations, and advanced troubleshooting of print-related issues Knowledge of desktop and Windows system support, as well as exposure to virtualization technologies Ability to be on call 24 / 7
