Architectural Job Captain

Qualifications and responsibilities for this Job Captain position include :

• Degree in Architecture or relevant field
• Minimum 5 years of architectural design experience with retail or retail rollout projects, including documentation and construction phase oversight
• Strong proficiency in Revit; experience with Bluebeam and SketchUp preferred
• Team oversight / managing junior designers on retail projects through completion
• Ability to coordinate with MEP, Structural consultants, and landlords to ensure project timelines and accuracy
• Knowledge of CBC & IBC codes, ability to implement and address plan check comments
• Responsible for issuing construction documents, reviewing submittals, responding to RFIs, and performing site visits
• Actively pursuing licensure and interested in continued professional development

Salary : $80,000 - $95,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
