Description

Robert Half's enterprise client is looking for a Senior User Experience Designer to join their team on a long-term contract basis onsite in Austin, Texas. In this role, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to craft intuitive and engaging user experiences for a range of products and platforms. This position offers the opportunity to explore innovative solutions that enhance customer satisfaction while addressing business goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and execute the UX vision across web and responsive platforms, ensuring consistency and usability.
• Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs in Figma to communicate design intent.
• Conduct user research, usability testing, and data analysis to inform design decisions.
• Develop and maintain UI specifications, design systems, and documentation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align on goals, requirements, and timelines.
• Present design work to stakeholders and executives, incorporating feedback to refine solutions.
• Balance platform consistency with device-specific needs, especially in dashboard and data-heavy interfaces.
