Position Responsibilities :

• The Customer Service Representative professionally responds and interfaces directly with inbound and outbound customer calls, ensuring customer's needs are met timely and accurately.
• As a Customer Service Representative, you'll ensure that the call center adheres to all policies and procedures specific to each location while addressing customer needs.
• You will supply information for daily business operations and handle all clerical and administrative tasks required by the business unit.
• Other duties as assigned
