Crystal Springs, located in Assonet, MA, is seeking a dedicated and compassionate individual for the role of full-time Community Supporter to join our developmental disabilities care team.

WHAT ARE THE HOURS?

We offer flexible scheduling options to fit your lifestyle. Full-time shifts are available Monday to Friday, either from 8 : 00 am - 4 : 00 pm or from 12 : 00 pm - 8 : 00 pm . These options allow you to maintain a healthy work-life balance while making a significant impact in our community.

WHAT DOES YOUR DAY ENTAIL?

As a full-time or Community Supporter, you will spend your day planning and coordinating various in-house and outdoor activities, with a focus on gymnasium events and group activities. You will develop and implement strategies to maximize the use of our playgrounds, gym, tree house, sensory room, and other on-grounds facilities. Maintaining a detailed calendar of events and coordinating all summer schedules will be part of your daily routine. You will also ensure the safety and engagement of residents by obtaining and maintaining certifications for Lifeguard, Pool Operator, and Special Olympics coach.

A bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred. At least one year of experience working with adults with developmental disabilities is also a plus!
