Position Summary

Super Star Car Wash is looking for driven dynamic leaders with management experience and a passion for inspiring teams! Our Manager in Training program is designed to provide hands-on experience in every aspect of car wash operations equipping you with the skills to step confidently into an Assistant Manager or General Manager role.

From day one youll immerse yourself in our operations learning the business from the ground up. As you progress youll take on increasing responsibility mastering day-to-day management and driving the overall success and profitability of a Super Star Car Wash location.

Essential Duties / Tasks / Responsibilities

Operations & Compliance

• Execute opening and closing duties following designated procedures.
• Ensure compliance with all local state and federal laws rules regulations and company policies.
• Manage and coach team to drive company initiatives and exceed KPIs.
• Monitor and manage Quality Control factors including customer experience product & service standards scheduling and labor cost control based on historical performance and seasonality.
• Ensure a safe environment for employees and customers by enforcing safety procedures.
• Identify and report safety or maintenance issues to management.
• Provide friendly professional service to exceed customer expectations.
• Handle vehicles with extreme care to ensure customer satisfaction and trust.
• Maintain a clean and organized property at all times.
• Perform location cleanliness tasks such as sweeping replenishing supplies mopping cleaning and minor landscaping work as directed by leadership.
• Facilitate and assess damage claims.

What We Provide

Pay Transparency

Base Pay : $21.50$21.75 / hour (Weekly Pay)
