Summary of Position
The duties and responsibilities of this position are to design, draw and maintain plans, maps, and construction drawings pertaining to the operations of the Facilities Management Division. Minimum Required Education Associates Degree preferred, Certificate of Completion or Occupational Skills Achievement (OSA) Certificate in Computer Aided Drafting (CAD) and Design from an accredited institution is required.
Will consider applicants with two additional years of facilities or construction experience who earn a CAD degree or certificate within one year of date of hire.
Minimum Required Experience Three years of full time facilities or construction related experience. Experience with Computer-Aided Drafting and Design software preferred. Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
