Overview :

We are seeking a Safety Manager to oversee site-wide safety programs and compliance for projects throughout Eastern Iowa.

Responsibilities :

Develop and implement project-specific safety plans and training.

Conduct safety inspections, audits, and root-cause investigations.

Track incident metrics and ensure regulatory compliance.

Provide leadership and mentorship to promote a strong safety culture.

Qualifications :

5+ years of safety management experience in construction.

OSHA 30 and CSP or CHST preferred.

Strong communication and documentation skills.
