Behavioral Health Billing Assistant

A company is looking for a Medical Biller Assistant to support the billing supervisor in revenue cycle management.

Key Responsibilities :

Make daily client phone calls regarding outstanding balances and inquiries

Reconcile patient accounts and ensure accuracy in balances and payments

Follow up on claims and conduct monthly eligibility checks for existing clients

Required Qualifications :

High school diploma or equivalent

Experience in medical billing or related field preferred

Familiarity with revenue cycle management processes

Ability to work remotely and manage time effectively

Proficiency in using billing software and electronic health records
