As a Licensed Insurance Sales Agent, you will :
- Sell, market, and service a wide range of Allstate insurance products including auto, home, renters, and financial services.
- Build relationships with existing clients and generate new business through leads, referrals, and personal outreach.
- Educate clients on their coverage options and tailor policies to fit their unique needs.
- Represent the agency with professionalism, integrity, and a client-first mindset.
- Collaborate with a supportive, high-achieving team committed to growth and excellence.

Responsibilities
Meet or exceed new business production goals and agency sales objectives.Develop insurance quotes, present coverage options, and close sales.Identify cross-sell and up-sell opportunities, including financial products.Maintain thorough knowledge of underwriting, compliance, and rating guidelines.Build lasting client relationships to ensure retention and policy renewals.Consistently prospect and generate new leads through warm calls, networking, and referrals.Present and explain insurance policies based on client goals and needs.Requirements
Active Texas Property & Casualty Insurance License (Required).Proven track record in sales with goal-oriented performance.Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing skills.Strong work ethic, self-discipline, and high motivation.Professionalism, reliability, and a positive attitude.Ability to multitask, follow up, and work independently.Comfortable handling customer rejection and overcoming objections.Bilingual (English / Spanish) is highly beneficial.Prior insurance sales experience is a plus but not required if licensed and coachable.
