Chief Programs Officer

A company is looking for a Chief Programs Officer.

Key Responsibilities :

Lead the design and development of programs that advance the organization's strategy and influence

Build and cultivate partnerships across diverse stakeholders to support cultural power and social change

Oversee the development of fellowship programs and training that empower artists and cultural workers

Qualifications :

10+ years in program management and implementation with diverse communities

5+ years managing teams and creating high-performing, collaborative teams

2+ years designing and implementing narrative and cultural strategy programs

Experience networking leaders and / or leading artist cohorts preferred

Cultural fluency and direct experience working with diverse communities
