Work Type : In-person (strictly on-site)

We are seeking a detail-oriented and enthusiastic Event Sales Coordinator to join our dynamic team.

In this role, you will play a pivotal part in the planning and execution of various events, from corporate functions to private celebrations.

Your primary responsibility will be to liaise with clients to understand their event needs and provide exceptional service, ensuring their vision comes to life.

Responsibilities :

  • Coordinate and manage all aspects of event sales from initial inquiry to post-event follow-up.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients, vendors, and venues.
  • Assist in preparing proposals and contracts, ensuring all terms are clear and agreed upon.
  • Conduct market research to identify new sales opportunities and industry trends.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to promote upcoming events and generate leads.
  • Oversee the budget for each event, ensuring all costs are tracked and managed effectively.

Qualifications :

  • Proven experience in event planning or sales, preferably in a similar role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with clients and team members.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to multitask.
  • Familiarity with event management software and CRM systems.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends when necessary.
  • A creative mindset with attention to detail and problem-solving capabilities.
