Full-time, In-Person, Day Shift
Do you enjoy helping people learn? Are you steady, patient, and great at following a clear process? Diamond Rigging and Crane is looking for a friendly, safety-minded Teaching Assistant to support our crane and rigging training programs.
This is a perfect role for someone who loves being part of a team, communicates well, stays calm under pressure, and wants to help students grow. No crane experience needed, we will train you.
What You’ll Do
- Support the Lead Instructor during classes
- Help set up the classroom and training yard
- Assist students with simple, hands-on practice
- Keep materials, tools, and equipment organized
- Follow all safety rules and help reinforce them
- Give students encouragement and guidance
- Keep the training environment clean, safe, and steady

8 : 30 a.m. to 5 : 30 p.m. (15 min break x 2) and (1 hr lunch break)8 hour shifts (no overtime)Monday - FridayBonus Skills (Not required)
