Mechanical contractor hiring a Contract administrator to join their back- office operations team.
This is a full time position. This is a direct hire position ( it is not a temp or contract).
Our client is a top mechanical contractor in New England.
This is a fast-paced role. You will work direclty with sales, operations, and our Vice Presidents\Branch Managers to ensure proper support for all new and existing sales agreements.
What you will do as a Contract Administrator :
- Provide support to the sales team
- Review agreement, enter them into ERP and sales tracking software
- maintain accurate data and records for contractual obligations, asset lists, terms and conditions, purchase orders,
- document change orders and customer requirements
- communicate changes to internal teams as well as customers
- other tasks and responsibilities as assigned
What you will need as a Contract Administrator :
5 + years of experience providing administrative supportbonus points if you worked for a mechanical / electrical / plumbing / construction company reviewing contractsProfessional verbal and written communication skillsproficiency in Microsoft Suitestrong organizational skillsWhat you will get as a Contract Administrator :
27- $32 per hour (eligible for overtime)great employee benefits including health, dental, retirement, PTO
